The mission of the Highlands Housing Authority is to assist the people of our Borough to obtain and maintain decent, safe, affordable housing and services suitable to their unique housing needs. In carrying out our misison, the HHA will provide leadership, maximize resources, and promote resident participation in implementing sound housing policies.
